Real Estate Investment Professional (m/f)

Our client is a leading international investment firm with offices in Europe and the United States, managing institutional capital across multi-asset strategies. To strengthen its operations in Vienna, the company is growing its Real Estate Investment Arm. We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Professional, who will support the investment and development process from acquisition to financing and investor presentation.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the identification, evaluation, and structuring of real estate investment opportunities (residential, commercial and redevelopment)
• Prepare financial models, feasibility analyses, and investor presentations
• Develop bank presentations, financing documentation, and governance materials required for project financing
• Negotiate financing structures with Austrian and international banks and investors
• Build and maintain a network of family offices, private investors, and institutional partners
• Develop tax-efficient investment and holding structures under Austrian legal and fiscal frameworks
• Collaborate with internal architecture and development team and external real estate agents
• Support portfolio management and exit strategies for existing and future projects

Your Profile

• 5–10+ years of experience in real estate investment, business planning, corporate structuring, or development finance
• Academic background in Finance, Business Law, or Real Estate Development
• Proven experience in financial modelling, project financing, and deal structuring
• Strong understanding of Austrian taxation and real-estate financing structures (real estate transfer tax, VAT, capital gains, holding models, depreciation, exit strategies)
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with investors and financial institutions
• Established network within the Austrian family-office and investment community
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial personality with high motivation and resilience
• Fluent in English and German
