Cording appoints Rodney Bysh as CEO

Cording Real Estate Group has chosen Rodney Bysh as Chief Executive Officer to lead the expansion of the company attending to his wealth of experience. Bysh will continue to develop Cording's fully-integrated investment management platform, while mainly concentrating on delivering for segregated accounts and club deals. He will also be in charge of German and Dutch offices. Bysh and newly appointed Deputy CEO Will Amies will be directing their „strategic growth plans“ at driving the investment management. Will Amies will also be responsible for the UK office while continuing his role as Head of Business Development. Further board changes involve the appointment of Mark Millar as Head of Investment. Peter Dove will remain Head of Asset and Property Management in the UK while helping to expand the disciplines across the firm. Recent news has also revealed the appointment of Rebecca Wyld as Business Development Manager. Chairman John Partridge clearly approves the development: „Today's changes will streamline and simplify our business and enable members of our senior management team to focus on their particular areas of expertise“. Headquartered in London, Cording provides fully-integrated services, covering investment, asset and property management. It currently has Euro2.7 billion management mandates. Bysh joined the company in 2013.
